Refunds
- Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
- To process your refund, we’ll require proof of purchase, along with clear photographs of the damaged or defective item. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Returns
- Since our items are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect orders submitted by the customer.
- However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us—we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any concerns.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
- In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, we are happy to provide an exchange instead of a refund if preferred. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange this.
